The Evolution S355CPSL is unlike conventional abrasive chop saws. It utilizes a circular saw style blade with tungsten carbide tips (TCT) that far outperform abrasive cut off machines in cut quality, blade life, and safety. One TCT blade lasts as long as 20 abrasive discs., while providing immediate cool to touch cuts with virtually no sparks and burr free. Evolution saws are 4x faster than abrasives, safer to use, and maintain full cutting capacity during the entire life of the blade. A 15 Amp motor provides plenty of power for most all cutting applications. Key features Include a lightweight stamped steel base with integrated bench mounting holes, quick-release vise with a robust square-threaded rod allows for fast and secure clamping, and an attachable ‘v’ shape block is included for secure clamping of round & square tubes.
