The Evolution S28MAG 1-1/8 inch Industrial Magnetic Drill effortlessly bores through steel – ideal for steel framework, I-beams, and bridges. Equipped with a powerful 10-amp motor and a magnet with 2860 lbs. force, this drill makes light work of steel drilling up to 1-1/8 inch wide and 2 inch deep. Use Evolution Cyclone cutters for the best results. Its powerful 10Amp motor, high torque gearbox and durable double dovetail slides have earned the heavy-duty badge. This machine is made for the most demanding jobs both in and away from the workshop. Rear & top mounted controls make this tool easy to use in any orientation and the 8 ft power cord minimizes the need for extension cords. Versatile in cutting/ drilling holes up to 1-1/8 inch wide and 2 inch deep with Evolution annular cutters. Includes a 3-jaw chuck for use with traditional twist drills up to 1/2 inch. The S28MAG features a detachable, integrated coolant system that will help significantly increase the life expectancy of your drill bits as well as your cutters. Fluid is sold separately.
