KNIPEX Home Repair Cutting Pliers
The KNIPEX insulated 1000-Volt ratchet cable cutter for cut up to 2-in, 750 MCM copper and aluminum single conductors as well as multiple stranded cables. Not suitable for steel wire and wire ropes. Precision ground, hardened blades provides a clean and smooth cut without crushing and deformation. 1-Handed operation using the ratchet principle. Little hand force required due to very high transmission ratio. 2-Stage ratchet drive for easy cutting. Simple handling as a result of low weight and compact design can be used even in confined areas. The 1000-Volt multi-component handles meet or exceed ASTM, IEC and VDE specifications. Made of high-grade special tools steel, forged and oil-hardened.
