The Purita 2-filter system contains carbon block and polypropylene filters that work together to help remove contaminants like lead, pharmaceuticals, and VOCs as well as chlorine taste and odor. Filters last for up to 6 months or 700 gallons, provide as much clean water as 5,300 16 oz bottles. The filter cartridge housing is made from recycled ocean-bound plastic in partnership with Oceanworks® – helping to fight plastic pollution before it even reaches the ocean
