If product is not available to order in your area that is due to nighttime temperatures. Product may not cure and/or track in late Fall and early Spring applications. Plush 5 gal. Acrylic Resurfacer is a non-pigmented, 100% acrylic latex compound for new or previously sealed bituminous concrete (asphalt) or Portland cement/concrete (see note) tennis courts. Acrylic Resurfacer is designed to provide adhesion, a leveling and/or texture course, and to cover repairs and/or previous colors on the court. You can also use it as a leveling treatment for minor surface blemishes and/or bird baths.

• Plush acrylic resurfacer is to be applied with a commercial grade rubber squeegee
• Durability: our 100% acrylic binder is fortified with fibers assuring the highest quality surface and made to resist harsh weather conditions
• Neutral dark gray color: the color neutral formulation provides consistency for finish coats
• Coverage will depend upon the porosity of the surface to which the Plush acrylic resurfacer is applied
• Application rate – coverage will depend upon the porosity of the surface to which the Plush color acrylic color system is applied the average coverage will be 450-500 sq. ft. per 5 gal. pail
• Drying time is 30 to 90 minutes under optimum conditions – humidity, surface temperature and ambient temperature will affect drying process
• Plush acrylic resurfacer should not be applied when ambient temperature is below 50°F or when surface temperature is above 140°F
• Do not apply in if rain in forecast within 24 hours, do not store in direct sunlight and do not let product freeze
• Note: for Portland cement (concrete) applications surface must cure for a minimum of 30 days; after 30 days, new concrete must be acid etched with either phosphoric or muriatic acid, a coating of our 5.5 Gal PT-Primer X Urethane must be applied to surface before application of Plush Acrylic Resurfacer
• Mix: See use and care manual for instructions, plush Acrylic Resurfacer is ready-to-use, open and mix all pails with a mechanical mixer prior to application
• Manufacturer will not cover warranties when applied in colder / off season temperatures (below 55 degrees F at night)
• Application of the final coat needs to be at one time
